You need to do what is right for you. My wife is not thrilled with my weight loss either, but she has not stopped me. She has also not been supportive. Just something you have to accept. You can't expect your Husband to always be eye-to-eye with you on everything forever.

6' 3" Started at 286. Weighed in at 207 this morning. Concentrating on a good strength/cardio mix at this point. Current goal is 190, but I am concentrating more on building muscle then the scale right now. Waist was gone from 42" to 36" (and they are loose).

I have worked from home for 7 years. It is defiantly an adjustment. I try to get out of the house at least once a day. Gym, bike trail, grocery store, whatever. Keep a network of friends and family so you can be out and about frequently.

I am a complete Dr Pepper addict. I just couldn't stomach the 150 calories a can any longer. I switched to Dr. Pepper Ten. It is still tasty and satisfies the cravings.

Do you take Blood Pressure meds? I was having issues even with my calorie intakes where they should be for slight weight loss. It was because my blood pressure meds were to strong. Now that they have been lowered I feel much better all the time and my BP is still low. Edited for spelling.

Repetition. Set a scheduled time everyday when you workout. Schedule an hour. Do it each and everyday. It will be 2nd nature and part of your routine in no time.
