My 5 year-old iMac runs great and I have never had a virus or problem. How many 5 year old PC's are the same way? My whole family has switched to Mac's since I bought my first one. Mac all the way.

Moderation is the name of the game. The key is just to eat much less of them. If I feel like having one of those bad items, I portion it out before hand and work it in to my calorie goals. A couple of times a week I have a meal I have been craving.

Its my understanding that the "burn" in problem is really no longer an issue. Pretty much every single Plasma tv now has automatic prevention of this now. Early models had issues, but that was years ago.
