Yes, my meds have been lowered 4 times by my Dr. now. I am on the lowest dose of one pill and still have a "light-headed" feeling a couple times a week. We are weening me off the meds slowly and cautiously to get things right where they need to be. Hypertension runs in my family so I may need to stay on the low dose. The…

I went on a Carnival Cruise 5 years ago. Ate like a pig. Drank like a fish. Walked so much and was so active that I lost 5 lbs that week! Enjoy the food. Use the stairs. Be active. I don't think you are going to gain back 18 lbs in one week.

I have 2 of them: 2011 Ford Explorer... Love this vehicle. By far the nicest vehicle we have ever had. Tons of rooms for kids with 3 rows. 2008 Toyota Tundra Crewmax... Great truck and has plenty of room for the little ones.

Japanese Noodles with the Steak.... OMG. Love them. Sodium through the roof. I just work it into my calories so I can have them. Also the Curry is good and only around 500 cals for a large bowl. It has lots of veggies.

They have a really good salad there that I love. Since it's your graduation, I am going to echo the other posters about celebrating and not worrying about logging. You can't count calories/macros every second of every day for the rest of your life. This is one of those times when I wouldn't.

I do my logging as one day from wake-up to snooze time. If its 12:30 and you eat some popcorn, then it goes on the day I am finishing up since i haven't gone to bed yet.
