I joined a gym about a month ago. My recommendation.... Make it a part of your daily routine. I go every single morning before work. It is 2nd nature now and just part of the day. I look forward to it now.

The goal I have now is my "Evaluate" middle goal. My initial goal was 10% of my weight, which I have surpassed. My next goal is about 5% over Healthy for BMI, but it is very obtainable and would give me a very good gauge of how much I want to lose for my final goal. I may want to lose 20 lbs more or it may only be 5.

Subway Club on Wheat. Provolone, Lettuce, Spinach, Red Onions, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Tomatoes, and a little big of Vinaigrette.

Yes, I have. We ordered pizza one night and I ate some and even came under my calorie goal for the day. But, my stomach did NOT like the grease. I felt yucky for a few hours.

That is amazing!

This is a lifestyle change. Do you really never again want to eat something you really crave again because of the calorie count? I normally keeps under my goal and 2-3 meals a week I eat what I want. Some of those days I will work out extra to stay under my Net goal, other days I don't. I don't go crazy eating huge…

My Coffee. Not Happening Pizza- Only eat it occasionally, but I love it too much. Mexican Food- Ditto for Pizza!

I think everyone should eat healthy. I do not think the government has the right to "punish" those who choose not to. It is a personal decision the government has no business being a part of.

Caylee has great items on her list, I would add: Quaker 1 Minute Oatmeal (the Canister) Low Fat Yogurt (I like the Dannon Light and Fit) Apples Bananas Eggs (Hard Boil them- great protein snack) Frozen Steam Veggies Healthy Choice Frozen Steamer meals- they are pretty good and a great easy lunch.

I felt like this a couple times, it's because I was eating too little. Bump your calories up. If you are at 1200 a day, move to 1400 and try that.

I have a very similar issue. 4 Year old daughter, start work by 7 at the latest, my wife works swing shift so I am home alone with daughter in evening. I used to get up at 5:15 go get to work by 6. I now get up at 4:40am so I can be to gym by 5, done around 6, and starting work by 7. It took about a week to get used to…

I have wondered if it was just me being cold all the time. I have the thermostat set higher then I did a year ago and I am still bumping it up at times because I am freezing. I took my wedding ring off about 3-4 weeks ago because it kept slipping and I was afraid I was going to lose it.

This is a huge challenge for me as well. My wife eats pretty much whatever she wants and I am eating healthy. We also have a picky 4 year old. I do most of the cooking so I make what I will eat and try to modify things for her and my daughter. For example I will make Stir Fry, and then make both brown and white rice. I…

I ate what I wanted and LOST 3 pounds on our last cruise. If you are going to be active and doing lots of activities, eat what you want within reason. Enjoy the food- you have paid for it. Just don't go overboard (bad pun).

Tried the potsticker appetizer and the chicken soft tacos from the Skinnylicious menu yesterday. I was impressed. Everyone tried the potstickers and liked them. The tacos were great! I am so glad restaurants are doing more options like this.

I just did trials at 2 gyms a couple of months ago. One was more expensive, but had all the extras (pool, racquetball, basketball courts, running tracks, etc). The other was not even 1/2 the price, a newer place and would meet 99% of my needs. Both are about 2-3 miles from my house. I went with the cheaper one and am happy…

That if I don't finish my goal, I will be disappointed in myself all day!

I normally go over about 500 or so once/twice a week. But I also make up for it during the other days of the week. Just be mindful that sometimes you want to eat something high in calories. Account for it in your plan. It is all about balance.

I love working out first thing in the morning. It makes me feel good and I feel like I have already accomplished one of my goals for the day before I hit the shower. I actually get up at 4:45am every M-F and go to the gym. I am done by 6am and head home, shower, etc so I can get logged into work around 6:30am. The main…

I have never cared for McDonald's burgers/chicken. Just not my favorite place. Yesterday I met a playgroup for my daughter there. I ordered a Southwestern Grilled Chicken Salad. It was great! I finally found something at McDonalds that I like and it's not too bad for me!!! I would recommend it.
