Try eatingwell.com, there are lots of delicious, easy recipes that are low-calorie. Cooking yourself lets you eat meals that are very filling and satisfying for a low amount of calories.

  • Hello! Honestly it doesn't matter much what you eat as long as you are eating few enough calories to have a deficit. If you've entered all your body info to the site, I assume it's told you how many calories to consume daily to lose weight, so just make sure you stay at/below that number and you will lose!
