I've lost 19 pounds and my belly still jiggles. Meanwhile I'm only about 116 pounds! Hang in there. Hopefully we'll start losing that belly fat soon.

I'm 5'2 and been hanging around 116-118 lbs lately. I walk and bicycle 3+ times a week. I would like to get down to 115, maybe even 110. I tey to eat around 1200-1600 calories in a day. When I saw the topic, I wanted to say, "I eat ALL the calories! Nom, nom, nom! Tasty!"

^^ This! You can't control where on your body you loose fat, unfortunately. You can do squats and other butt exercises in order to keep your booty and if you exercise your pectoral muscles, your boobs should look bigger.

You can get spreadable butter. It should be in your grocery store's dairy or butter section.

I've had days where I ate 1100 calories for breakfast. I do try to get in extra exercise on days like that. Well, try anyway.

The main two teas I usually drink are grean tea and chamomile tea. For a while, I was trying to replace soda with tea. I should really try that again.

I had the same problem when I worked day shift. Since I've come back to nights, I've usually had more energy.
