i am the same way! i feel i am not looking that badthen photo time ....ugh it is at the point i am petrified of what the photos will look like ... but i find taking the measure tape a big holy crap aid. then you know! the scale is n`t as good as the measure tap. it hurts.

i am 42 and i do not want to keep on the path i was going on. to climb stairs and be winded. to not be able to wear knee high boots cause my damn calf was 17.5! now it is 16.5 ! yeah me boots....

i have told a few , but am scared to say. I have tried to lose weight so many times.... and i am an excuse chick.... but i am sharing the site with people who i feel will benefit. i am going to mexico in 12 days.i had time to shed pounds ... but had excuses... i used a father inlaw illness to not commit to weigth loss...…
