I would say since you want to lose more weight AND lift some weights, do the p90x Lean Routine. that way you only have to worry about going to the gym to lift 2wice a week.

What are you looking to accomplish now that you finished? Maintain? Get more muscle? Lose more weight? I think that it would depend on those things.

You can still be losing weight without building muscle though. Dont get down about it. Also, like I said, i can see a huge difference in my legs, and I know that they have muscle now since doing the machine.

Im on the exact same boat. I mainly do the elliptical...and notice the same thing. Not really losing weight, but im losing a lot in inches. My legs are felling a lot stronger, not flabby and my calves are getting ridiculous. Now i do also do some strength training but i mainly focus on Ellitical.

If you have a smart phone, there is a cool app thats called "Sworkit" You can put what part of the body you want to work out and for how long... its pretty useful. And also free... You should check it out.

I have a heart rate monitor as well. The eleptical that I use actually reads my heart rate from the strap. And the calories on the machine and on my watch are rarely the same. I go by what my watch says. Since its usually less...just to push myself harder.

Add some peanut butter to that celery..that would help. Around 2 tablespoons is only about 190 calories, depending on the one that you get.

thats mainly what I snack on.. Just stay away from the ones that have a ton of sugars is what i have heard.
