I think that you look slightly smaller on the left pic..but honestly...not much. Either way..it doesnt look like you need to lose weight.

P90X has weights and cardio. Insanity is cardio based and you dont need weights. Depends what you are looking to accomplish really.

314 calories and 43g of protein for all those pancakes!!! thats amazing... I definately want to try these out..

Yeah the jaybirds are a little more expensive. But they are worth it if you can afford them. The freedom that I get from using cordless justified the price tag for me. I can never go wired again.

I use the Jaybird Bluebuds X. Those are awesome. They are cordless, you can take calls if you need too as well. And I can run, jump, do all kinds of things and they fit snug. And the sound quality is just as good as wired. check them out.

I have it, and its really great. I have the Mega Kitchen one and love the single cups. Its kind of loud, but so far thats the only downside for me.

Great job!!! those are some very impressive results !!

These are my before and after.. BEFORE AFTER Still wanting to lose another 30 lbs !!

When you enter the time that you worked out for on MFP, it will just give you a flat amount of calories. It WILL NOT adjust to the level that you have exercised.

Wouldnt it make sense to take the number of something that is actually taking your heart rate ( HRM ) than a machine that is guessing how hard you are pushing yourself? You can acutally go really slow for an hour, hardly get your heart rate up and it will still give you the same amount as if you worked really hard for that…

But...the guy in the Go Kart...laughed at this concept. :indifferent:

I saw this one on "Men's Health" website the other day specifically titled "Hotel Workout" Skiing Wall Squat Repetitions: 5 Rest: 30 Seconds Sets: 2 Lean against a wall, with your feet 18 to 24 inches away from it and shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees slightly and hold that position for 5 to 10 seconds. Bend deeper and…

OUCH!!! Great workout though.

Are you using a heart rate monitor? Is the elliptical constantly showing your Heart Rate? I bust my *kitten* on that machine and after about 40 minutes the most I burn is about 700 - 800 calories. I see that you are doing about 1k or above at times. How do you get that number?

I get it from Stater Bros. Its here in California. Dont know if you know it or not.
-
You can use it instead of mayo in sandwiches. I use a recipe that i found. 2 cans of chickpeas 1/2 cup of Tahini 1/4 cup of Olive oil Paprika Lemon ( depends on how tangy you want it, use at least 1 ) And also depending on how much garlic you want. I use like 3 or 4 depending on the size.

Finding something that you like and works for you is key! thanks.

@Brill - Thanks man, like I said, looking at your transformation inspired me. So thanks for that. @llmcconnell - I actually just started with MFP because I hit a plateau. So I thought that this would help. @msaestein1 - I actually have been debating between P90 and Insanity, so I might end up doing a hybrid actually...not…

[/quote] I'm almost to week 8 and I've only seen a slight improvement in muscle, and my measurements have barely changed. I have no intention of giving up or anything of the sort, just having trouble deciding where to keep my calories. I only weigh myself occasionally because I know most people see improvements from…

I didnt lose much when I did 1 month Insanity either. I did lose inches though. The second month I lost about 6lbs. Again, inches lost were more than weight. You seem to be looking ok at your current weight. I would say stick to it throught the end. The results are coming. Dont let the scale scare you.
