I really wish it would be, it's really unpleasant having to stand at a crowded bus stop outside my college every day breathing in everyone's cigarette smoke :ohwell: And when I see my Aunt who is quite frail smoking and coughing like crazy, why on Earth would people do that to themselves?

Just keep trying until you can do the whole thing, I still sometimes have to pause it for a moment to have a breather, it's certainly not easy :) x

My shorts that used to fit perfectly to me are now really loose and would fall down without a belt! And today sitting on the bus I realised that my stomach doesn't bulge over my shorts like it used to, I used to cover myself with my jacket so nobody would notice but now I feel much more comfortable with myself :happy:

I weigh in every Tuesday night at 9pm, just because that's the first time I weighed myself when I started and I wanted to keep to around the same time on the same day each week :) If there has been less than a 1lb change then I don't bother recording it and wait until the following week :)

For each 2 weeks I stick to my daily calorie goal and do some kind of excrcise I'm getting myself a bath and body works body mist (from ebay of course as I'm from the UK) :) When I have all the scents I like I may change this to something from Urban Decay/MAC :)
