I haven't logged in in a few days but I did level 1 day 3 this morning. Man am I sore! But it's a good sore for sure :) Chelsea I have been putting it under circuit training unless someone else knows otherwise ??

Okay, I didn't get to the 30 day shred today! I was too busy after work to do it but I will be doing it in the morning :) Is anyone else a morning exerciser? Any tips on how to keep a morning workout routine?
