Good luck. I quit soda about 3 years ago when my doctor told me 1 diet soda a day can add 10 pounds of fluid weight. She said diet is just as bad as regular. It takes a little getting use to drinking water since it doesn't have a taste but now it's all I drink.

Bisquick Heart Healthy mix is very good. I actually used it this morning to make banana pancakes and they were delish!

I've been using the paper plates. They're smaller in size and cheap (and less dishes to wash :))

Setting small goals are best for me. I try to set goals like 10 pounds by a certain date (1 month), or 2 pounds per week.

You can add it to orange gatorde for a cremecicle flavor or add the powder to pancake mix for flavored pancakes, or add to oatmeal.

I have one and love it. It can get boring to some people but it helps if you "walk" while watching TV or listening to music. I use mine almost daily.
