I find it's better to focus on small goals...10 or 20 pounds at a time. I do my workouts at home and it saves travel time and money. I work out while my little one is in school. Maybe you can while yours are napping. Once it gets warm out then you can take them for walks or something outside. Also think of your kids and…

I think they are approximate. It's all according to your body size, frame, etc.

Good luck on your weight loss journey. Kudos to your son for inviting you go to join. You'll find lots of encouraging people here. I've made some great friends who support me and keep me going.

I agree they probably didn't want to ask after all that time. They were probably embarrassed that they didn't already know.

Welcome to mfp. Good luck on your journey. Who knows maybe your husband will want to join you. Invite him and see. I love working out with my hubby. Keeps us both motivated.

Me too. My son had a 2 day school week followed by a 3 day school week. I'm having a terrible time staying motivated.

1 box angle food cake mix 1 can pineapples, including juice Mix together and bake.

It's great your doing this for yourself and your baby. I walked when I was pregnant and it really helped me. Good luck on your journey.

You can lightly bread it with bisquick ( I use heart healthy version) bake on a pan srayed with pam. I cut mine into strips some times for home made healthy chicken strips. My son who's a picky eater even loves it.

It's great in the crock pot with potatoes quartered and covered with light Italian dressing. You can also add onion, green peppers, just what ever veggies you like. Every thing picks up the flavor from the dressing and is so good.

I can see a big difference. Keep it up!

Praying also.

You can try to "shock" your body by eating more calories one day or changing up your exercises. This has helped me.

I just started doing the 30 day shred and really like it. Good luck on your journey.

It's listed under cleaning.

Some times is good to shock your body to up the weight loss.

Nuts are a good alternative for me, and very filling...and friut.

You could try waiting 10 minutes. If your still craving then have a few. I feel nothing is bad in moderation.... just don't do it every day or over eat. You may have to do a little extra exercise to get it to fit into your daily goals.

Bring healthy snacks to work to eat instead.
