I start out with Michelob ultra and after a few switch to Miller 64. Can not get a buzz on 64's alone. And I have the problem also of no willpower after drinking and always eat crap afterwards. Just have to exercise more. I use to just run the 5 weekdays, now I run 7 days or at least do some physical activity on the 7th day

I am trying them now, just started but they taste good and seem to keep me pretty satisfied, but for only 123 calories I feel at least I can afford to eat more calories if I get hungry. I just really knew I needed more protein. I will see how I feel in the weeks to follow.

I just upgraded from the fitbit one to fitbix flex. I like it but I am kind of missing being able to look at it to see steps etc. The flex does not have the readouts so I have to go to my iphone to see my stats. I do think it takes a while for the flex to record my steps, miles , etc because sometimes its like several…

I love my fitbit one, the black one and attach it to my black belt so its not really noticeable. Can also attach to bra or shorts if you do not have a belt on.

I just started the fitbit a week ago and really am confused also by some of the stuff. I too only eat 1200 calories and do exercise. I think its enough but I am 54 and metabolism has slowed down.

I run in the morning before work at 5:15 for anywhere from 50 to 70 minutes usually 5 days a week. I do not add calories for doing this because I never had before. I believe this would slow down weight loss. People say you need to eat more on those days but I think no because I lost 10 pounds the first month and have 10 to…

After about 3 miles I walk for about two or three minutes and usually once I top one of the hills on my five mile run I walk for about a minute. This did not seen to be the norm until I hit age 50, just do not have the energy I used to. Feel its better to take a rest than to give it up

I am 5'2" also and that makes it more challenging with the weight loss. I have lost 10 pounds on here so far and hope to continue losing at least 10 more. Add me and we can keep each other motivated. Good luck!

I meet my sister out at 5:15am for a five mile run, having an exercise buddy helps a lot!
