  • I usually adjust within 3-4 weeks of upping my water intake. So I would think that you would have adjusted to the amount by now. I do know that even after my body gets used to it, I still have to go to the bathroom a good bit more than I would if I were drinking sodas and all.

  • I never weigh in at exactly the same time. I always just weigh in as soon as I get up & go pee. I would say that as long as all the other conditions were the same, then the reading should be right.

  • I have lost 8lbs so far over the last 3 weeks. I do not see to much of a difference, but I can feel a difference in my clothing. I had a pair of pants that were to tight when I started, but they are comfortable on me now. Keep up the GREAT work. I can not wait for people to start noticing on me.

  • I would wean yourself off of them slowly. What about cutting it to 1/2 a diet soda for a few days. If you take them out suddenly you could cause yourself to have caffine withdraw headaches.
