I, always the strange one here, but it works for me. I use a egg roll wrapper. I dice the apples with cinnamon, tiny amount of sugar and 1 T butter for about 4 apples. Hi, what great ideas.. I spread on a tortilla, lettuce, sliced tomato, deli ham and Swiss cheese. Roll up... Yum.. sometimes slice olives on it on a tortilla and stick in the oven till tortilla is crispy..
