I think I agree that if you are burning that much a day, it would be crazy to try to eat it all back. 3000 Cal is like running 4.5 hr at 9 min mile rate (checked with the MFP database). I'm in full time dance training, so i dance every day for 3-7.5 hours depending on the day, on top of that i walk everywhere in a mega hilly area, we also have 'body conditioning' classes twice a week (strength and toning training) and i go to the gym for cardio most nights too.

i've never done this eating back calories either, if i did, i would be the size of a house! I burn over 3000 calories n my hardest days, imagine if i ate 4400 calories 'to lose weight' absolute rubbish!

Im 70% water and 16.5% fat. I want ti know how much is muscle now! Try drinking more isotonic drinks, more electrolytes. Coconut waters a good bet :)

I'd say about 2000 is good. Also make sure to get some strength training in on top of your running if you want to see results

I've bought TwoChicks in waitrose and in Sainsbury's :) I asked in waitrose where they were to be found, and was told that they don't exist and was looked at like i was an alien. I then went down the dairy aisle and found them with the butter...haha

I weighed myself this morning, then had breakfast, weighed myself, did some chores, weighed myself agan, then drank a pint of water and immediately weighed myself after. Now that's obsessive! Although mainly do t out of sheer curiosity with how everything throughout the day affects weight!

I love having porridge/oatmeal cld the next day, i make it in the evening then put it in the fridge. It's so yummy cold because it sort of solidifies, but nq quite, hard to explain, but it feels really naughty! yummmm x

I think sushi is really low cal, just depends how much of it you eat, i normally get a 'snack pack' with 1 california roll and 3/4 small ones, and its 126 calories :)

lactofree just tastes like milk, i dont taste a difference at all... x

Lactofree :) It's normal milk, but they take out the vast majority of lactose and put some lactase in it so its perfectly safe for us lactosey people!
