heat up mashed banana with coconut milk (or normal, i'm dairy free) add raspberries, a little ground almonds, or whatever you fancy adding :)

I have a banana and raspberry omelette with 2 eggs, or 2 bananas mashed with coconut milk and egg whites. If I've been to a wholefoods, then I'll have coconut milk yogurt and an apple with hazelnut butter on it. I love breakfast!

I like it for breakfast - cook it in your milk of choice, with blueberries,raisins,cinnamon and agave/maple syrup...amazing

Yeah that's fine, you're eating something for breakfast and that's all that matters really, as long as you're eating enough throughout the day, then it's all good :)

I nearly had that exact breakfast this morning! But i'd run out of the fruit and nut mix, i use their 'Nutty Breakfast Topper' but only about 1/4 of the reccomended servings. It's YUMMM with fage and agave

Phd Diet whey is amaaazing! It tastes great, is low carb and low calorie and really high protein. I highly recommend it, especially for women. x

I'm happiest drinking Coconut milk+calcium as it's only 20kcal per 100ml... If that's not around then its Light and unsweetened soya milk for 22kcals per 100ml...But if neither of them are around its Vanilla Rice milk which is a bit higher calorie wise at 50kcal per 100ml...but its yummy and I can't be dealing with normal…

^ hah i wish i could run 6 miles without running out of energy! Personally I think it's down to personal preferance, If you're pushed for time it may well be better to eat when i you get back, because if you have to eat then run straight away you'll probably end up feeling quite sicky... Try just having 1 bar? They're very high in sugar ( carbs) so it's really not ideal to have before bed. I know what you mean though, i absolutely love them, I have a pack every now and then, but only in my heaviest exercise days between classes... x
