What 5 Things Are MUST HAVES in Your Kitchen Today?

I've begun using a lot of different ingredients in my kitchen since I began changing my eating habits. Now there are things that are absolutely must haves...for example:
Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Whey Low sugar substitutes (granulated and brown)
Low fat tortillas
Fresh tomatoes (at least the grape tomatoes from Costco, preferably more if they are good)
Balsamic vinegar
Low fat/non fat shredded cheese (mozzarella/cheddar)
Laughing cow cheeses
Fat free half and half
There's more, I'm sure...but those are the ones that come immediately to mind.
How about you? What are at least 5 MUST HAVES that you now have in your kitchen that weren't so important before you started your fitness/wellness program?

My entire life before this, I never ate eggs. Ever. Now I eat egg whites about 4 days out of the week! I still don't like them, but they keep me full, give me lots of protein, and are so low in calorie, it's like, why not? And before I would get 80/20 beef, now I get 93/7. I love burgers, beef tacos, and beef 'sghetti sauce. So I've altered all those original recipes to be much healthier by adding veggies and replacing the beef.0 -
