Yeah it is about getting smaller through toning as well, you'll find that measurements change more than weight at times, and that's when the dress sizes drop. At my highest weight i was 172lbs with a 27/28inch waist and a size 12, now i'm 156lbs and a size 8 with a 24/25inch waist.

I take sea kelp, liquid iron, cod liver oil and a multivitamin. Iron because i'm anemic, cod liver oil because my joints click like anything and have to take a lot of stress from all the dancing, and sea kelp because its high in iodine and it was suggested to me while i'm being diagnosed with i dont know what yet!
