It would be nice if they said what alpha value they used. I'm guessing they used an alpha of .05, which, given the other study, it would be nice to have it run again to verify the result.

I've found that I stay the most consistent when I decide I will stay within my calorie goal and eat what I want but measure everything. If I can fit it in my weight loss calorie goal and I want it, I'll eat it. I've also reduced my cheat day to eating what I want but not above maintenance calories.

Lol I get this too. Even though I've lost a lot of weight, I still have a lot of body fat to drop. I've had people tell me my goal weight, and which is in the normal bmi range, is too small! Really?

We have about ten to twelve food trucks that come to our office for lunch on Tuesdays and Fridays. One I ate at today is a salad truck. Had an Apple and pecan salad with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing. Was delicious!

I usually workout at the Thousand Oaks YMCA. Nice facility, friendly people, all types go there.
