I have both. Brazil Butt lift is way less intense, the workouts are fun and sort of dancy along with some more concentrated leg and butt work. T25 is almost as hard as insanity, maybe a little less plyo but still very hard. Brazil butt lift is easier but still a good workout although there are not that many videos and is not the best cardio out there. You look fabulous, I think that weight looks great on you, fit and healthy. There is no way you are more then 20% body fat, you are very lean and are probably even lower then that but you don't want to lose your curves mama! Keep up the good work.

I have done both, carpet is totally fine, don't worry about a mat. I would suggest wearing supportive foot wear, especially for cardio! Good luck!

I have used Tae Bo and many other kickboxing type workouts in the past and had excellent results, it is a full body workout and really gets your heart rate up, what's not to love!

Agree with the peeps above, it is more cardio but you do get a total body workout, I would log as cardio because it burns so many calories.

Chili Tuna Cakes (serves 2) 1 large can albacore tuna 1 egg 1/4 cup breadcrums 1/2 medium onion chopped 1 small chopped bell pepper 1/2 tbsp chili powder few dashes of hot sauce a squirt of lime juice salt to taste Make into patties and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, serve with salsa and avocado. 15 minute meal BAM!

Make your own for sure, and use lots of seasonings other then salt, I find that garlic, cayenne, and onion powder really give a lot of flavor without all the sodium.
