I usually drink water - that fills me up. If not, have something light - a bit of popcorn, fruit, light yogurt. It's not the worst thing in the world if you get hungry at night, just be mindful of what you're eating. And if you crave something, even just having a bite of it can be enough to satisfy.

Sometimes I just go ahead and it, especially if someone made something and they're offering it to me. idk, sometimes one little piece of cake or a cupcake won't hurt, right? Now I'm learning to just have a bite of something, though.
