Listen its ok... TOM gets alot of us. I bloat 5 pds every month. Make a wrong choice on food. Then get back track. Then when the bloating goes away realize I did well and lost another pd ( 5+1=6 at end of bloating decreased) Just keep your mind set and you got this. 💃💃

Well I didn't make 10 pds but I did 5. That's an accomplishment. So at 235 I am starting the Fall Challenge. Mine is 5 a month. This last till Dec 28th. 3 big Holidays to get through in this challenge. Lots of sweets and carbs. But at the end I can be 20 pds lighter. SW 240 CW 235 FALL GW 215 GW 145
