Ok I have had a successful month so far. I am down 6 pds. So happy with the results. I am sleeping better, in a good mood, losing weight, energy, getting up I not a chore. Saturday is my weigh in day. I have been doing pretty good. Its hard waiting a week. I am glad to see everyone's moving forward and not getting discouraged.

I agree do not eat back the calories you burned. Your body will eat what you ate and then some. Good luck this is a great plan. You don't have much to lose. I have to lose 79 pounds total. Welcome
