Maybe I/m wrong but I don't think it tells you to "eat those calories " earned from exercise. I am by no means an expert but I thought calories in is calories in.. Basically if you eat 1200 calories & eat earned calories of 400, then you ate 1600 calories a day & eating the 400 calories wipes out the calories you burned…

me too- over 100. How did this happen ? oh well, guess we know the answer to that. I started 1/1/11 & lost 5 so far. if I can do this 51 more times ( 2lbs wk X 52 weeks ) I will be close . Good luck to all of us this year. Aloha
