I put my veggies in a blender - that way I get all the juice and the fiber! The best of both worlds. Also eat whole veggies, never juice.

I am 66 and have lost a total of 55 pounds since 12/11. I have diabetes, hypothyroid and fibromyalgia. If I can do it - you can do it!! One day at a time making better choices and getting off my butt!

Fantastic! Great work. My A1C was 6.1 at last check, but only on oral meds. Hoping to get off them. Still on BP meds. Working with a naturopathic doc to hopefully get off some of my other meds. Keep up the great work.

I have the Striiv app on my phone - counts steps & stairs and syncs with MFP & it's free. Works fairly well

Yes, tuna is good. Packed in water is probably better and if you check the can 2 oz is a serving. But, based on your calories, you could eat more.
