PW: 185.5 CW: 184.3 I'm missing most of my step days, so I'm not going to bother posting. Sorry to be late. I've been having technology issues. I got a new phone and the transfer didn't go smoothly. Of course that had to coincide with laptop problems as well. Anyway, I'm connected again. I have loads of reading to do to…

I'm in Bolton. I would love to meet up and walk if you are in the area. That would be great!

Oh, I'm so excited for you to be so close to 100,000 steps!! It's inspiring. Good luck!

I think that is a really big movement on the scale!! Congrats

You are very brave or you are a great drunk person!! LOL Years ago, I was at a work holiday party for my husband's workplace. His coworker's wife had too much to drink and was telling the group I was in all about their sex life in great detail. One of the others in the group was friends with her and trying to change the…

Kudos to you. You're looking great. One meal isn't going to derail you. I see C25K posts and I'm itching to get back to running. I'm trying to build up my walking distance first, as I really want to avoid injury and I have a calf that often complains. I might wait until September before starting the running bit. I'm going…

This is also what I've been told in the past. When your muscles are repairing or building, there is a weight gain that will pass in a couple of days. I had that experience when I was training for a marathon years ago. I did one long run a week. My weight would always spike the day after the long run. @micki48 Don't let it…

Welcome!!

I really like the idea of this sort of goal. I've been thinking of trying something similar. Of course, my steps haven't been over 5,000 the last two days. EEK! I wish I could say I wasn't wearing my fitbit, but truth is I was reading.

This is wonderful!!!

I've heard of these but never seen them in real life.

I'm reading older posts trying to catch up. I just went on and on about sewing. So it was me that put everyone to sleep!!!

I have been crafting forever, too. When I was a kid, I used to crochet dresses for my dolls. I haven't crocheted in a few years. I also, have a loom which I haven't woven on in a couple of years. My husband is making noises about selling it. I'm mostly okay with that as the loom is too big. It's a 50 inch loom. Takes up…

I've been at the beach the past week and not wearing my fitbit all the time. I can't believe I was successful with my weigh-in as I was, with all the…

For those that asked, I'm sharing the link to my pottery site. I hesitate to share because it isn't up-to-date. None of my recent work is on it and probably everything pictured is long gone. I was going to wait to share until I got it updated but that isn't going to happen any time soon. My instagram has more of what I've…

Wishing you luck and more. Keep us posted.

You are killing it!!

is a decluttering challenge too outside the box?

I feel loads better when my house is in order. Sadly, that isn't the norm. I try to employ the rule -- I can't bring something in, unless something goes out. I also try not to impulse buy. I have mixed results as the others in my home think these rules are crazy talk. LOL My teenage daughter watched that new decluttering…

Fingers crossed. Good luck. I had been meaning to ask... How is the air quality these days? Back to normal?

@evangsimmons170 I've been thinking about you and your job search. I hope it is going well! I never reported in after my interview on Friday. For the new members here. I'm a potter and my studio space shut down June 30th. It has been a big, big mental blow for me. A physical one, too, having to move all that damn clay and…

Good to hear you all are making progress. @Perla4686 I used to run a lot but I never could do two days in a row without regretting it. So I have always stuck with 3x a week. I had planned to do the None to Run program. I had done C25K years ago but thought None2Run was gentler. It is, but I still managed to hurt my calf a…

Me too! I'll be 51 in December. I also had a younger version of @jugar playing in my mind's eye. Just goes to show you that bodies may age but spirits don't have to.

PW: 190.0 CW: 189.7 Steps June 28 - 10,699 June 29 - 9,277 June 30 - 10,591 I will post soon. Welcome all. So glad to read that husbands are on the mend and I want to try @Terytha 's vogue diet. I have lots of wine I have been avoiding drinking. Who knew I was going about it all wrong.

Am I still in on Monday? I was offline for the weekend. Sorry. I'll go green. I should do 10 pounds but seeing how crazy the last two weeks have been and knowing how crazy the next two weeks will be, I'm going to pledge 5 lbs. Summers are hard!!
-
Whoops! Maybe I'm not as caught up as I said in an earlier post. I looked at the spreadsheet to see where I left off and noticed that my step counts on my fitbit app don't jive with what is on the spreadsheet starting on June 20. (though if you twist my arm, I'll keep the 16,000+ day that was really about 9,000. )…

Both of these things are awesome. I love, love, love the idea of planning a video game vacation. LOL My hubby will be jealous! That is a big milestone. Congrats to you!!

I'm so sorry. I'm all caught up now. I didn't realize I needed to look for another sheet. I looked at the first one and thought, I'm all caught up, but clearly that wasn't the case. I've been very busy lately and haven't been able to get online as much. I think I mentioned that I am a potter. Well, I work in a…
