Also, I'm a stay at home mom, and most of the day I'm on my butt feeding the kids or playing with them. My profile reads sedenary. I just don't want to effect my milk production by not logging in my cleaning as exercises

I do put up a good sweat :) I have to do it fast during the babies naptimes. 2 hours max. I consider it as my exercise time. Then at night after they sleep again, I do some walking around the block.

I guess I also need to add that even thought I am not rearranging furniture everyday, I do lift them every once to vacuum underneath.
