I'm up and down, sometimes im at my calories, sometimes im over, and sometimes im under. and same with the macros. I mainly focused on my calories, but kind of just ate what i had available. and tried to make better choices, when i had to eat fast food, or unhealthier options .

I dont understand, how i was being cocky, because i am proud of myself. Yhank you, and i didnt say anything, for a while, and then i said i attribute my weight loss to counting calories, and the gym for toning. Then i made a post about, counting calories and what it helps achieve.

I can personally tell you, this said person, it wasn't negative, it was just unnecessary, because i didnt lose the weight, by going to the gym. I lost the weight, by counting my calories.

Oh ya, and by the way, this POST wasnt about how my life is as a SAHM!! Dont jusge SAHM or working moms, everyone, has there own lifestyle, and amount of things they do.
