I am a Friday morning weigh-in. I have been working on a healthier me for two months and I have lost 18 pounds. I like the fact that I don't have to get dressed and drive somewhere to weigh in. This site holds me accountable and that is what I need. Good luck on the next few pounds!!

If you use an Angelfood cake and a can of crushed pineapple, the calories are 148 for 1/12 of the cake. That is a nice size piece of cake with a cup of coffee!

Hi, I am 58, a registered nurse, and I am losing weight especially for my health. Have high blood pressure and was recently diagnosed with high cholesterol. Need to make a change. I have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. Weigh in is tomorrow. Good luck on your weight loss. It is always harder when you are middle age.

I love to chew! I like things crunchy, so al dente veggies are the bomb! If you don't like them al dente, just cook longer. They will get mushy. LOL

When I am working, (7p-7a in a hospital) I find that when I am computer charting, I want to have something to munch on. Prior to starting my weight loss endeavor, there was no problem....eating whatever. But now, I am finding it a little difficult to find finger foods that are healthy and low-cal.
