I have a hurt knee, but I did manage 110. I think I have to stop there before I hurt hurt it too much. At least I pulled out a little over half! :)

Just put in the DVD and start to it, girl! :laugh: Just did L1D4...was MUCH easier today. Actually managed to finish all the bicycle crunches. Woohoo!

Ha, I'll have to check it out on day 3! Just finished day 2. Man, I am sore! I could barely lift my arms up! I had to do some butt kicks instead of jumping jacks, because my legs/arms were jelly and I could barely lift them. But, I did everything else. Hopefully day 3 is easier! I definitely ran a little slower tonight. I have a tricky knee sometimes, and it started hurting again a couple of days ago. :frown: I thought I was going to just crumple from the pain when I ran...but I slowed waaaay down and managed to do my c25k. :D My knee didn't really hurt during 30DS, though... Hope I'm not too sore…

Yay! Good luck! I just did my 30DS and it definitely kicked my butt. Those jump ropes and bicycle crunches are the worst! Running later on tonight, so we'll see how that is, doing both in the same day.

So far my husband has lost 17 pounds and I've lost 10 in about 5 weeks, and he has almond butter on wheat and I have honey peanut butter on wheat (fresh ground from Whole Foods for both of us for lunch almost every day. Seems to be okay for us! We have 40 calories/slice bread.

Whew! My husband was smart and did them earlier in the day...I waited until after we ran our c25k w4d2. My calves were killing me! Broke them up into various sets of 50 and 40 and 30. Calves are still screaming at me, but I got them done!
