  • I use this same mix, but I use the chocolate peanut butter. I do use it for a meal replacement and I freeze 1/2 bananas and use 1 scoop mix, 1/2 frozen banana and 8oz non fat milk, comes out to just over 300 calories and it's really good, I look forward to having them in the mornings for breakfast.

  • I find that I have the same problem. I am starting to have one of my 16oz waters then and some gum. I also just read a post that a lady takes a hot bath and then starts dinner and it solves that problem for her. Good luck on your journey!!!
