I will log my cleaning if i spend more than a couple minutes, like dusting, vaccuming, etc but thats usually cuz i end up breaking a sweat. I dont really log any walking unless its more than normal, like if I spend the day walking the mall or take my dog for a walk, or something like that...

my philosophy is if you cant pronounce or know what an ingrediant is, then you probably shouldnt eat it. i too could not get rid of my salad dressing...but you are probably eating so many fruits and veggies your body is bloated and full of gas. remember you can eat lean protein too and whole grains. maybe a gradual change…

I always wondered that too. I did a workout on one treadmill and burned X amount of calories. the next time I did a workout on a different treadmill. I increased my speed, incline, etc and burned close to the same amount of calories. I was thinking there is no way! i think a pedometer would be more accurate...

so i was wondering what you guys thought, do you think it should be one on one all around or should we divide it into male and female? i know guys tend to lose weight easier and faster. not that i dont think everyone could keep up, i am just wondering what you guys think. opinions?

I have a kickboxing video...its only about 30 minutes but it burns like 500 calories. there are lots out there so I'm sure if you want a hardcore work out you could find a more intense one...hope this helps ;)

I believe each gym is different. The one in my town offers a locker room but no showers and no classes. I've heard others offering less than that. My suggestion would be to see if you can go in for a tour or a 7 day trial which most gyms offer. It is a relatively cheap membership, but then again you usually get what you…
