231 as of today...not sure what I'm doing wrong...I've been counting calories and working out, but still have been gaining weight. I know I haven't been super diligent at working out but I know I haven't eaten an extra 3500 calories in 1 week! So any support would be awesome!!! Feel free to add me!

i use to do every week but since the body fluctuates so much in weight I stopped because like erulasse says, it demotivates you, I switched it to once a month along with measuring. that way I can focus more on being healthy, if i weigh every week I focus too much on the number and often get very down on myself. just log…

i've learned the areas you hate the most and want to lose the fastest is usually the area that loses last...probably to motivate you to keep going...regardless you should be happy you are at least getting smaller and keep it up, it will come off eventually :)
