I'm in to try this out, not too sure I understand the ticker though but whatever, that's the least of my worries! I never count how far I go when I walk so this'll be purely cycling. I set myself up for 350 KMs! I'm very curious to see how this goes, I've never tracked my distance over a month, only per ride and whole summer.

Last month was my first month. I set a goal of 75 miles and surpassed it hitting 89.99 miles!! So this month I'm going for 100 miles

Will stick with the 100 running miles again this month - was going to up the target but then I remembered that I will be going on vacation at the end of the month so it is really only three weeks for me (as there will be no running while on vacation unless the weather is really, really bad )
