It depends how much you are willing to spend. If you willing to spend a little more, then something like the Vitamix. If you want something that does a great job and is pretty cheap then the Nutribullet! I'm from New Zealand so buying a Vitamix is over 1000 dollars so I got a Nutribullet for around 200 dollars. I love it!

Psyllium husk - I add about 10 grams to my protein shake every day. It's a miracle worker!

I drink 3-4 1.5L bottles of water a day so that is 5-6L Have been doing this for 1 year and have had no problems.

Hey! I'm on day 7 and I also do around 20-40 minutes of alternating walking/running on my treadmill. I usually do the video first because I get too tired after the treadmill and can't put that much effort in than if I did the video first :)

Yup! I have it on my Galaxy. I took it out for a run in the middle of the night around my streets and lets just say I ran for my life haha It's really good :)
