Don't worry about it, I have 2 bananas, a big pear and lots of berries in a smoothie every morning and I'm still losing! I only eat fruit in the morning though because I find if I eat them after other foods, I get digestion issues.

Yup, more attention from guys which is nice but annoying because I am really not interested at the moment lol But I'm such a happier person now, about to turn 21, happy, healthy and know what I want from life. It always puts a smile on my face when I think about it :smile:

Hey I have a nutribullet and I chuck in a big handful of spinach, 1 banana, 1 pear and some frozen berries. I full it up with water or almond milk just depends if I want it a bit creamier. I mix that for like 10 seconds I add in 1tb of ground falxseed and some spirulina powder. Mix it up for about 1 minute then chuck it in…

I make a smoothie the night before and chuck it in the fridge so it is cold and waiting for me when I wake up. I put in a banana, pear, spinach, blueberries and almond milk. It fulls me up for hours :)
