I've already been setting my goal as maintenance- mfp suggests 1610, but often I'm still hungry after that, so I am going to try 1700 and see if that satisfies me without weight gain! :) I don't really do any specific exercise though, just walking to and from lessons.

Oh my sincere apologies.

I guess you're all right- I really do need to see the doctor about this, thanks! :embarassed:

I'm not overweight. Maybe they just have faster metabolisms because I know they eat like that for every meal of everyday and they don't exercise anymore than I do!
-
Because I find that I retain weight if I eat a lot of them.
-
Unfortunately the only exercise I get is walking. I don't have much time left to do anything else other than that as I'm working two days a week, and my load of uni work is huge!
-
I usually log a week in advance. The reason it takes so long is that if I'm not happy with a days worth of food, I will start again- I struggle to keep the level of carbs down.

I used to weigh myself everyday- several times in fact, morning and night. I think I became too obsessed with the number on there and if it ever went up, I'd find myself utterly miserable until it went back down again.
-
that's partially the problem- I still see myself as chubby, but my clothes point out otherwise, so I don't know whether to maintain or lose a little more, just incase I pile on pounds by increasing my calories, as I presume my body is used to eating so little :(
-
I don't think it helps that I would be going to visit a brand new doctor that I have never met before- I'm going to struggle telling somebody face-to-face what I have done/am going through!

I'm as far from being pregnant as you possibly can be haha :) guess it will be a trip to the doctors then :( I'm just so terrified of the lecture that they are going to give me over what I have done to myself- it will be so awkward explaining to them!
-
I plan every day in advance and am obsessively strict that I stick to it :)
-
So should I continue to up my calories on a daily basis by around 20 until I reach my supposed maintenance level of roughly 1500? I'll consume 800 calories today, so should I continue this way? Or is there a better way to go about the increase? I've been losing and then regaining the same 100g every morning since Sunday :(…

Thanks guys. I'm so stuck in this rut and I know it's very important that I get out of it before it starts causing any further problems! I just wish I had a decent body that was in proportion- I have a 23.5inch waist but then my hips are 35-36 inches! Gah :( The thought of involving any professional help though terrifies…
