I have my calories set to 930 to trick myself into exercise. I know I eat between 1200 & 1300 but when I had it set to that in the evening I would eat more because my program still showed I had more calories to use up. This seems to be working for me....also my diary is open...:-)

Wouldn't you know it, I start exercising and now my PF comes back in my right foot. I'm not gonna let it stop me...thanks for the shape-ups tip. I'll try that tomorrow.

I have both fitbit and HRM. I love the fitbit. I always want I to add steps so I'm moving all the time. I only use the HRM. when I do a specific work out. I wear my fitbit all day & all night.

Hi I am a 41 year old mother of 4 also. I have the same issues. I am an emotional/stress eater and was in a really stressful job this last year so I gained about 20 pounds in one year. I would like a buddy to help keep me on track and I will do the same thing. Thanks
