  • I agree about using the kinect if you have it. The Zumba Rush has tons of tracks, three different intensity and class lengths. It's about $30 which really saves you on gym fees in the long run, and it's awesome!
  • The consensus is that eating too close to bedtime is bad since your metabolism slows down while you're sleeping. Maybe having bigger meals in the afternoon than in the evening means more gets burned up and used versus eating a large meal within a few hours of dinner? Just a thought.
  • It is possible, I did it a couple of years ago. I was being really strict with my eating, and burning at least as many calories as I was eating. I did 5 hours of Zumba every week and 2 hours of Body Pump. I controlled my eating by using Weight Watchers, but I didn't count my exercise on there or use the weekly extra points…
