I want to thank you all for the positivity and encouragement. I have not been met with so much kindness on these boards before, so I really appreciate it! I will continue to do what I've been doing and try to push myself a little further if I feel able to, and I will rest if I feel like my body needs to! :)

Thanks, everyone! I never gasp for breath, but my breathing while jogging is harder than it is when walking, as it is with everyone. I appreciate all of your all's input!
-
Thanks so much for the input everyone! I am not going to give up, but it sure is hard! Many of you mentioned not relying on the scale, but relying on how your clothes fit, etc. I honestly haven't noticed any changes like that. My clothes still fit the same, I still feel the same, and I definitely still look the same. It's…

Thanks, all!

I'm not meaning to complain or anything.....It's just very frustrating.
-
Thanks for the comments all!
-
I know that, but being 300 lbs, it's very hard to understand why I've increased my activity and limited my food so much in the last 8 weeks, and I'm only 35 down....well, now only 33 down. And the worst part is I feel like all of that was water weight. When am I going to start losing fat?
-
I've read the FT4 is great, so I'm def looking into that one! Why aren't HRM's good for strength training? I honestly know nothing about them!
-
Thanks, all! I think a HRM is the way to go! :)
-
Thanks, everyone! I will definitely take your advice!! I know I shouldn't worry about the # on the scale, but it's soooo hard!! Why did I have to make myself fat in the first place?! lol
-
I log everything, and use my food scale all the time.
-
I agree. I was just very confused. I did not mean to get angry or rude, but some of your comments offended me. I have had major trouble losing weight in the past, and I'm simply just looking for help and support. Thanks.
-
Are you done yet?
-
And dmenchac, I'm sorry...My goal was never 1850....It started at 1840, as you can see around April 25.
-
I obviously was not referring to the people that did offer good, helpful advice, so I apologize.
-
No, I am not confused. If you don't believe me, then just stop commenting. I am going to go with "it's a bug" and move along. This is really a crappy place to get support if you ask me. People don't believe you and basically just call you stupid. Thanks a lot!
-
So how come on Sunday, my goal started out at 1800 and Monday was lowered to 1750 when I logged my weight loss on Saturday?
-
Ok, seriously???? I thought this was a place for support, not to be criticized! Explain to me why WHEN I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING.....my calorie goal began at 1850, then lowered to 1800 BEFORE logging any weight loss.....then, FOUR days after logging my first weight loss, my calorie goal was changed to 1750. THIS IS BEFORE…
-
Also, do not have a FitBit or anything....I just use my computer and iPhone to log into the app.
-
Thanks all. Just made my diary public. Please especially take a look at my DAILY GOAL on Saturday 5/3, Sunday 5/4, and Monday 5/5. If anyone has any insight, please help!!!!!
-
As I said in original post, I have made no changes to settings since starting the app 2 weeks ago. My activity level has remained the same.
-
There is no need to be rude, so if you don't have any good advice to offer, please don't post. Looking back at my diary, my goal now says 1960 for last Saturday, 1933 for Sunday (both of which are higher than the 1800 I started out with!). ONCE AGAIN- I LOGGED WEIGHT LOSS ON SATURDAY!!!! My calorie goal did not lower to…
-
Well, it happened...so I don't know what to tell you.
-
The calorie goal changed before logging ANY weight loss...
-
Like I said, the calories changing the first time happened BEFORE I had logged ANY weight loss.... The second time happened almost a WEEK after I logged my first pounds lost. If it was based on weight, would it not change immediately????
-
Looking more into this....it has now changed the calorie goal to 1750 for all of my PREVIOUS entries! It is now showing that I have gone OVER almost everyday, when I have consistently been a few calories under! HELP!!!!
