I've been weekends only since October 23rd. And way down on the volume as well on the weekends. It seems that food can actually replace those calories as I've hovered at the same weight for a week. The weight loss isn't coming as easily as I thought it would but I will gladly join with you on this challenge.

SW:167 CW:150 GW:145 Those last 5 are so hard to reach. Circling around 147-152 for a few months. Trying IF and calorie deficit but I agree with someone above the deficit seems almost impossible to reduce further. I will give it a try. Thanks for the update on Christmas... :)

New as well. 5'3, 150. Trying to reach 145 forever, weight fluctuates between 152 and 147. Going on vacation September 22, hoping to be back in the 140's. Lots of eating of great seafood to chow on. 24.5 days. I am hopeful.

my opinion only I do drink a fair amount of wine myself. But I totally noticed that if I do not drink M-F I lose a lot more during that week. I think the sugars in the wine do something in your body. If you are really curious about it, don't drink for a few days and see for yourself.

10 pounds, which is where I am today. I'm not very big and am still in my same clothes so it's difficult if you see me every day. I can notice it on my stomach.

Love this post. I have gone home every night this week and poured a portion of doritos into a bowl. I crave them about every other month and have to have the big bag. I eventually get sick of them and toss what is left but it takes me a few days to satisfy the crave. you go girl. :wink:
