Alexia brand sweet potato fries. All natural, no trans fats, and if you stick with the portion size they can definitely be part of a healthy diet. The crinkle cut fries are delicious! I find them in the health food section of my grocery store.

Same here! I do not waste my cals on drinks except for alcohol or a sports drink like coconut water or Gatorade if I really feel I need it. I guzzle water all day long. You HAVE to log cals in your drinks :) not to say you can't choose a bad drink, just make it a conscious choice :)
