I absolutely adore cottage cheese with rice a roni! Not that rice a roni is a very healthy food lol, but I ate this Combo growing up. It's also very good mixed with tuna and veggies and served with Your favorite cracker. Some people like it with fruit. I also use it in place of salad dressing on any salad.

I do think school lunches should be better. States are banning bake sales, while still allowed to serve ammonia soaked fake meat to kids,., gross. This pisses me off for one big reason.... You don't take whole milk away from pre schoolers! The nutrients in whole milk are far superior than those in skim milk, with more fat to balance out the sugar content. Kids need fat! Personally I don't want to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of artificial sweeteners, or sugar, or any other thing that seems to be in most other beverages. It's actually not painful for me anymore. Also, on the acid in the lemon... that's not bad for your body. It may not be the best for your teeth if you're drinking lemon juice all day, but when ingested lemon juice actually has an alkalizing effect in your body and does not create an increase in your PH or lead to acidity in your blood.

Just guzzle it. If sipping on it sucks, pour yourself a huge glass of barely cool or room temp water and then just down it all at once. Do this several times a day and you've hit your water intake! Sip on other stuff throughout the day. The "pain" is temporary, the benefits are worthwhile! :)
