Yes over 50, I am 63, I follow anything that is healthy eating, eat only fish with lots of salad. Only exercise (as I am retired) is walking the dog and the usual things around the home. I think a quick fix detox to get you started is great but a healthy eating plan that you can sustain is a good option, nothing faddy.

Just made a really tasty pasta salad dish. Not so good if you are trying low carb but I feel some carbs are needed at dinner to feel fuller. Used Fusilli pasta, Tesco superfood grains chilled which has quinoa, grains, beetroot, Edamame beans. Threw in Tesco Edamane and pea salad, pomegranate and a little salad dressing.…

Hi, I live in Essex and joined MF just over a week ago. I managed to loose 1 1/2 stone last year on my own by calorie counting and not drinking wine at the weekend, which then led to extra nibbles.
