hei and welcome, good luck on your journey. you can youtube lor find on google some blogilates videos. she has quite a few videos, with good workouts. she also has monthly planns. or maybe for the begining try jillian michales 30 day shred?

get back on track the way i was before my surgery. get my health under control that would be my main goal. and then of course, buy a new bike, maybe get a job that i will actually enjoy :D

my top minimum would be 60 kilo. im 170 cm thats around 5,6-5,7 right now im aiming for 75.

why wouldnt you get over the hate of cooking for lets say 3 hours one day in a week? i can suggest you a few things you can then freeze and just microwawe the whole week then? i really dont know, i cook 'in bulk' and then mostly heat it since i work mon-fri 6am-6pm

i put yogurt ON my eggs. i dont drink it i pour it over and then eat it. oh and if i drink a bit more, doesnt matter when i come home i eat a combo of ham, cheese or ricotta,eggs,spinach,pickles and onions....PLUS of course i put yogurt on that all hahaha

yes!!! margerine = plastics, no need for that in my kitchen. and never use eggs right put of the fridge. plus if you want to get the fluffiness, allways beat the egg whites seperately, and add them at the end, using a ''8''move so you get as much air in it as possible :)

i bake almost daily some for sale, some for soul i am not a sweets person but i LOVE to bake so thats a great combination... i have so much in plan for december, i think i wont have enough time :(
