i think the only thing i dislike is speed. i do feel like dying while doin it :D i like streching... maybe i should do ddoubles with that, each day the workout plus the streching one.... but nah i think im gonan stick to yoga... im so used to that routine

im sometimes doing doubles on regular days....25 is sometimes just not enough. i allways add around 15-20 minutes of good ol yoga for streching =)

i dont function if i dont eat first thing when i wake up, so my breakfast is made out of two parts. first one at home, and then at work around 9-10. i usually eat up to 500 kcal, and eat around 1800 daily.
