then maybe try a lifestyle change not a diet? i mean...eat a bit under your tdee, do not restrict yourself, and the weight will stay off. if youre gonna restrict youself and after some time start toe at those things...its gonna be the same circle all over

hahahahah i tooootally hate abs. seriously HATE IT. and the pushups. oh my god i feel like my body is tearing while being in a plank and doing spider moves...but when its all over and done i feel great :D

im doing her streching videos after almost every workout i make, now im doin t25 and after it her streching worokouts. when i feel like it i do some of her songs workouts...and really like it :)

yaaay...double friday await for when i come home from work...oh joy :D then ill take a week off cause im goin on vaccation...but there will be a lot of hiking and swimming so no problem...then im all back in :)

no dieat just eat healthy. but my blood type is 0, the diet says i should get most of my protein out of meat / animal products.... and i love meat and animal products so, i guess there is somethin on it. but then again, potatoes are forbidden...what would i do without my weekend doese of potatoes by lunch??

one hour of hiit on the bike usually gives me 700kcal on my hrm. id eat what mfp says...if the deflict is bigger, only better lol
