take the thought that there are "bad" foods out of your mind. there are no bad foods. if you label foods as bad and keep yourself from eating them, you will eventually give in and binge. eat what you want and keep within your calorie goals.

you need to stick with a program for at the VERY LEAST 2-3 months before you will see actual results. not saying you won't see any results during that time period, but at least 2-3 months for good stuff.

i have found that the best cardio to do when you are weight lifting is a kettlebell workout or circuit training. that way you are getting your heart rate up while still engaging your muscles. it is a way better cardio workout than the deadmill.

have you lost any inches? did you take measurements? if you are weight lifting, you could have lost inches but stayed at about the same weight since muscle weighs more than fat.

i deadlift at my planet fitness all the time and i have never had anyone tell me not to. there are always lots of people in the weight lifting area doing powerlifts and such... i don't know why people think they don't "allow" you to lift.... because they do.
